Queens Village Cincinnati brings together powerful Black women from like-minded organizations and thought leaders across the country to learn from the founding team, peers, and cohort alumni to build Queens Villages in their communities to improve Black infant mortality from the ground up.

Queens Village Cincinnati is our founding chapter. As an initiative of Cradle Cincinnati, a collective impact organization that fights high rates of infant mortality that disproportionately affect Black women in Cincinnati, Queens Village centers Black women’s voices, shifting not only racial disparities in birth outcomes.
